* WHERE IS LOBO MINI STORAGE LOCATED?
Lobo Mini Storage is located in downtown Alpine, Texas, one half block south of Holland Avenue. Holland Avenue is is the eastbound one-way main street in Alpine. We are directly across the street from Sul Ross State University, and directly behind the Verizon Store and the Ft Davis State Bank. Click here to go to the map.
* AM I REQUIRED TO SIGN A LONG-TERM LEASE?
No. A month-to-month contract is all that is necessary. However, you may pay your rent in advance for any amount of time you wish.
* WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Our onsite office is open for business from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, through Friday; and 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If the 10th day of the month falls on Saturday or Sunday, you will need to get your payment to us on the Friday prior to the 10th. This includes payment in person or payments by mail. Holiday hours will be posted in advance at our onsite office. We do have a mail drop at our office for after-hours payments.
Storage Units are accessible 24/7, including holidays.
* HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE UNIT I WILL NEED?

* DOES THE LOBO MANAGER HAVE A KEY TO EACH UNIT?
No. You bring your own lock, so you are the only one with a key to your unit. We respect your privacy.
* WILL I RECEIVE A MONTHLY INVOICE OR BILL?
No. You just send us a check, have your bank send us a check, or stop by our office to pay your bill.
* CAN I PAY MY RENT WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?
YES!!! WE NOW ACCEPT Credit and Debit Cards for your convenience. We DO NOT keep or store your credit card information online or on file, so you will need to provide us with your credit card information each time you elect to pay with a Credit or Debit Card. * CAN I SAVE MONEY BY SIGNING A LONGER TERM CONTRACT OR PAYING IN ADVANCE?

* WHAT ABOUT HAVING A "GARAGE SALE" AT MY RENTED UNIT?
Garage sales and commerce of any type are not allowed on this private property. The lease contract specifically states that the unit is rented for STORAGE of personal property ONLY.
